Complaint Management

PT Trimegah Bangun Persada manages every employee complaint at work, both individual and/or group complaints. Our Company has a mechanism of reporting and resolving employee complaints that prioritize the protection of complainants and is committed to conducting a proper investigation of every complaint.

Our company encourages honest, open, and transparent communication at every level of the organization. We ensure that every employee is free to express complaints or concerns through each chain of command, or file complaints anonymously through the complaint reporting channels.

Our company strictly prohibits and will take firm action if it is found out that there is retaliation against employees who file criticism, complaints, or questions.

Protection of Human Rights (HAM)

The company guarantees that every human right is recognized, respected, and protected not only in its own work environment but also for its contractors. Our company strictly prohibits, and is committed to taking strict and measurable action against any form of human rights violations, including but not limited to:

  1. The use of underage workers;
  2. All forms of forced labor;
  3. All forms of human trafficking;
  4. All forms of discrimination based on differences in SARA, gender, and language, as well as disabilities;
  5. All forms of violence, sexual harassment/harassment, bullying, or intimidation between workers, work partners, stakeholders, and parties related to the Company's operations.

Employee Recruitment Policy

  1. The company does not recruit underage children. Each applicant must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or older;
  2. Recruitment is free of charge;
  3. The company does not cooperate with any travel agency;
  4. Announcements regarding job vacancy information are only through the Company's official information channel.
